Can I change a flight I already booked?

If a customer makes a purchase directly with Avianca Airlines, they can request a refund for withdrawal at least 24 hours before their trip. This request must only be made by the person making the purchase. The customer will need to provide their order number, along with the name and email address associated with the purchase. If the customer is requesting a refund for a flight that has already been taken, they will also need to provide the flight details.
