My Travel Royalties Refund Policy 

Flight, hotel, and travel insurance fees are non-refundable once the booking is completed. Additionally, for hotel reservations, the amount paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

However, all flight and hotel reservation cancellations must be made by phone only. Moreover, we will only accept refund requests if the following conditions are met:


  • If you have requested a cancellation and refund from us and the fare rules contain cancellation and refund procedures.
  • You are not a ‘no-show’ (all ‘no-show’ bookings are not exempt from refund processing by the supplier).
  • A waiver may be obtained from the supplier to process this requested cancellation and refund.


This doesn’t applies on Hotel Bookings 

We are unable to provide a specific timeframe for processing your requested refund. All refund/cancellation requests are processed in a specific order. After you submit your cancellation request to a customer service representative by phone, you will receive an email acknowledging that your request has been received.  

This notice does not entitle you to a refund. This is confirmation of your cancellation request and provides a tracking number. After receiving a cancellation request, we will work with our suppliers, such as airlines and hotel companies, to make exceptions to the airlines’ and other suppliers’ rules and inform them of the supplier’s decision. Service fees charged by us for the original travel reservation or reservation are non-refundable. Whether or not you get a refund is entirely up to the supplier. Once the refund is approved by the supplier, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your credit/debit card statement.

All suppliers are generally subject to certain penalties for refunds.   During this entire process, it may take 60-90 days for the funds to appear in your account after your cancellation request is made. Apart from airline and hotel refund penalties, My Travel Royalties may charge post-ticket service fees. All refund fees are calculated per ticket per passenger. These fees will only be charged if the requested refund has been approved by the supplier and the airline/supplier’s regulations permit such refunds. If such refund is not processed by the Supplier, we will refund to you the applicable post-ticketing service charges, but not the original travel booking or booking charges for the booking.
